Tourist Visa Requirements

UK / British nationals can now apply for tourist e-visa for India. 
India e-visas are issued with starting date from the date of issue and are valid for 1 month (double entry), 12 months (multiple entry) or 5 years (multiple entry).

Processing time for India e-visa is usually 1-3 working days.

If you are not eligible for an e-visa for India, you need to apply for a paper visa. We can help with paper visa applications for India. Please contact us (preferably by e-mail). 

To apply, you need to provide by e-mail:

  • a good quality scan copy of your passport
  • a digital passport type photo, size 2 inches by 2 inches, square, between 10kB and 1Mb in size, and a minimum 350 x 350 pixels.

Applications made by British Nationals born outside of the UK may take longer. 

Non-UK passport holders will need to present additional documents and may need to fill in additional forms.

Business

Business Visa Requirements
