Business visa requirements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY

• Fill in our online application form.
• Complete and sign the Saudi visa application form: Saudi_visa_Form.pdf
• Passport
  Should be valid at least 6 months longer than your visa expiry date and with at least 2 blank visa pages
• Two recent identical colour passport type photos taken against a off white background
• Letter of invitation from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (scanned copy is acceptable}
• Non-UK passport holders must be UK residents and will need to present proof of residency (recent UK utility bill or bank statement stating the applicant's full name and UK address)
• Company letter from your UK employer, has to be printed on on company letterheaded paper, be stamped, dated and signed by soemone in authority , state the applicant's name, passport no., nationality, and invitation number, state the company's registration number and the applicant's job title, state the reason(s) for travel and proposed travel dates confirm financial responsibility for the applicant. We will arrange for your letter to be stamped by the UK Chamber of Commerce, as this is requred by the Saudi Arabia Embassy.
• Copy of inviting Saudi Arabian company's registration certificate.
• Completed and signed declaration: Saudi_Declaration.pdf
• Payment
  An invoice will be provided once you apply online.
