Visa Services for CHINA

British nationals are eligible for 2 years multiple entry visa for China if their purpose of trip is tourist, business or private.

Please note that applicants applying for multiple entry visas (between the age of 14 and 70) are required to attend the Chinese Visa Application Centre in person to provide their fingerprints.

If you apply for a single or double entry visa or if you are over 70 or under 14 years of age, we can apply on your behalf.

We can assist you in completing your application form correctly and arrange the submission of your application at the Chinese Visa Application Centre in London.

Please note that the process changed from 31 March 2025. We are now required to upload all documents online and wait for the Chinese consulate to check and approve the applications before we are allowed to submit the passports to have the visas placed in.

The approval part now takes approximately 1 week on top of the visa processing time.

Tourist Visa Requirements

What you will need to do to apply:

  • Email us a copy of your passport (please check that your passport has at least 6 months validity after departure date and with at least 2 blank visa pages, your visa application may be rejected if your passport is damaged).
  • Email us a scanned or digital passport type photo (minimum file size 100KB). Must have white background and comply with all the requirements on this link
  • Email us your completed Chinese visa form questionnaire (link to file below)
  • Email us your Flight and hotel confirmation booking for the whole period of your stay in China. If you are applying for a double entry tourist visa, you will need to present flight and hotel confirmation showing the two trips.

Business Visa Requirements

What you will need to do to apply:

  • Email us a copy of your passport  (please check that your passport has at least 6 months validity after departure date and with at least 2 blank visa pages, your visa application may be rejected if your passport is damaged).
  • Email us a scanned or digital passport type photo (minimum file size 100KB). Must have white background and comply with all the requirements on this link
  • Email us your completed Chinese visa form questionnaire (link to file below)
  • Invitation letter from a Chinese company, addressed to Embassy of the People's Republic of China, 49 Portland Pl, Marylebone, London W1B 1JL, printed on a company letterhead with inviting company's address and contact details. The letter should include ALL of the following: the applicant's full name, gender, passport number, date of birth, purpose of visit, duration of visa required and number of entries, date of arriving and leaving China, place of visit, financial support during stay in China, as well as the inviter's name (company name), contact number, address, stamp and signature in Chinese.

Please note that most visas for UK passport holders are now issued multiple entry with 2 years validity. If you are eligible for a 5 year validity visa (you must have used two 2 year visas to be eligible), the consular fee is £64 higher.
